Should you wish to book our home, please contact us to confirm availability and rates. Once confirmed by us, please read our booking terms and conditions and should you wish to accept and proceed with the booking please complete our booking form in full and submit to us. If making payment by cheque please also download and print to return with your payment.

Dates may be provisionally held for 7 days pending receipt of a completed booking form and appropriate payment.

Once your completed booking form and payment has been received by us, your booking will be confirmed in writing along with a receipt for your monies paid.

Your final balance will become due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date in our home, again once received a final confirmation and receipt will be issued. Upon receipt of your final balance you will be notified of the villa address in order for you to complete if necessary your ESTA application in a timely manner.

All rates advertised are in £ sterling or $ US Dollars, other currencies may be taken via paypal but will be calculated using the current $US Dollar exchange rate at the time of payment. All rates are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking.

• More than 10 weeks prior to commencement of rental period enclose deposit of UK £100 / US $150 per week booked (this will be deducted from your final balance).
• Within 10 weeks of commencement of the rental period please enclose the total rental cost due, plus UK £200 / US $300 refundable security deposit.
• All balances must be paid in full along with the security deposit prior to the release of our villa information pack.
